By downloading or using SpaceGen ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload but grant us a license to process and generate AI-based design outputs for you. We do not claim ownership of your original content.
You must own or have the rights to any image you upload to the app.
The AI-generated designs are for inspirational purposes only and may not reflect actual feasibility or building code compliance. We make no guarantees of accuracy or suitability for any specific use.
You agree not to:
Some features require a paid subscription or credit purchase. Payments are handled through the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are managed according to Apple policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or misuse of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceGen is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated results.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
In addition to these terms, your use of the app is subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference.
